In November, 2009, after having lived in the prairie provinces of Alberta (for decades) and Saskatchewan (for several years) I am moving back to the province where I spent my childhood (Ontario), and specifically to a city in which I have not lived since I was two: Toronto. I am not moving because of a job or because of a person or people. I am moving because I want to. I have explained my thinking in my first post on this blog, and will be providing updates until I’m settled in Toronto. If you want more information on me, please visit my website at www.marywwalters.com, or any of my other blogs: The Militant Writer, my books review blog, my film/movie review blog, my notions blog, or any of the others. (I am a blog-writing fiend!
I also write fiction and non-fiction. Details on my website.)
Note: Discerning readers will have noticed that the photo above was not taken in Toronto. I don’t have any photos of Toronto yet, and I wasn’t about to pay to use one someone else had taken. So enjoy this view of Providence. I thought it looked a bit more “eastern” than any of the photos I have on my computer, which were mainly taken in the west, so it will have to do for now.
